Specialty Clucky Country Cajun

It's a well-balanced, classic Cajun flavour base of pepper, herbs and cayenne, with a little Creole spin thrown in. People have told us they like it better than some of the more famous brands.

Besides being a great little rub for grilling or smoking, use it to flavour up a gumbo or jambalaya. And we've been using it for years as our seasoning for New Orleans style fried chicken.
