Founded in 2013, the Barbecue Mafia are four lads from Brisbane crazy about American style low 'n' slow barbecue. Originally a competition team competing all over Australia, the lads decided to take their passion to the next level and it’s been a crazy ride so far. The Mafia smoke on their two custom built RADAR HILL SMOKERS ‘The Don’ a 24 inch reverse offset stick burner and their new addition ‘The Bone Collector’ a 30 inch double door reverse offset stick burner.’ 100% fueled by Iron-bark, Oak and cherry wood, the team are wowing Brisbane with their Authentic Pit Smoked barbecue.
