Push meat to each corner making a well packed, perfect square approximately half an inch thick. Place into the fridge for 30 minutes.
Burger Sauce
Combine mayonnaise, pickles, smoked paprika, mustard, ketchup, onion and garlic powder and pickle juice into bowl and mix well
Place into fridge until ready to use
Worcestershire Butter
With the exception of sesame seeds combine all worcestershire ingredients in bowl. Mix well.
Place in fridge until ready to use.
Assemble and Serve
Preheat the grill to high heat (210-240 degrees)
Remove the seasoned beef patty from the fridge. Cut the top of the bag off and spray the patty and the grill with oil. Slide the beef patty onto the grill and cook for three to four minutes a side until cooked.
Place the top and bottom portions of the buns cut side down on the grill to toast for 60 to 90 seconds.
Set the grill up for indirect cooking. Keep the heat on one side of the grill and turn it off on the other.
Place a light coating of the Worcestershire butter onto the bottom of a foil bake pan. Place the bun base on top. Cover the bun base with the mayonnaise.
Remove the burger patty from the grill and slice into nine equal squares to match the slider buns.
Place the burger squares on top of the mayo covered base, cover in cheese and thinly sliced onions.
Spread the mayonnaise on the cut side of the top buns and place on top of the onions.
Brush the bun tops with Worcestershire butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place the foil bake pan onto the cool side of the grill. Close the lid and bake for two to four minutes until cheese is soft and melted.
ENJOY!
