Either a tasty easy breakfast or a filling delicious lunch, these BLAT bagels are sure to fill that hunger shaped hole in your stomach!
Ingredients

4 bagels

8 rashers streaky bacon

4 tablespoons cream cheese

2 ripe tomatoes, sliced

8 baby cos lettuce leaves

1 avocado

Sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Prepare barbecue for cooking using direct medium heat (180°C-230°C), and preheat as directed. See below for information on set up methods on a Premium Gas Barbecue.
Slice the bagels in halves.
Once the barbecue has preheated, brush the cooking grills clean with a wire brush and adjust the settings as needed for direct medium heat.
Grill the bacon rashers and bagels over direct medium heat, with the lid closed, for 2 to 4 minutes per side, until the bacon is crispy and the bagels are toasted. Remove the bacon and bagels from the barbecue.
To assemble, spread one half of the bagel with cream cheese, top with fresh tomato slices, season the tomato with salt and pepper, top with the crispy bacon, lettuce and avocado.
