Long time Weber Kettle users and enthusiasts, Mick and Mike will share their experience, knowledge and passion for cooking on a kettle BBQ.  We aim to cover as much as possible including:

·       How to prepare the kettle for short hot grilling, low and slow as well as roasting and baking

·       Difference between lump charcoal and briquettes

·       Best way to light your charcoal/briquettes, how to use a chimney starter

·       Use of wood chunks and chips to create smoky flavours

·       Preparing meat, seafood and vegetables for the BBQ
